Service: Includes our Website, Portal, coaching services, and all digital and physical Goods provided by The Love Wealth Institute LLC.
Terms: These Terms & Conditions that govern your access to and use of the Service.
Third-Party Services: External platforms or integrations that may be linked to or embedded in our Service (e.g., payment processors, social media, LMS platforms).

You: The individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, including purchasing any digital product, enrolling in a coaching container, or logging into the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy at carriegarrison.com/privacy-policy-page.
If You do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You confirm that You are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to form a binding contract.
To access certain parts of the Service, You may be required to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.All activity under your Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account that violates these Terms or is deemed suspicious or fraudulent.
All digital products (including courses, intensives, and meditations) and coaching offers (group or private) are non-transferable and for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access with no refund.
Your purchase grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use only.
When You place an Order through our Website or third-party sales platform, You agree:
-You are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
-You will provide true and accurate payment details.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as:
-Suspected fraud
-Product or service unavailability
-Pricing or typographical errors
All prices are in USD. Prices may change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full credit card details.
Due to the digital nature of our products and intellectual property shared in coaching containers,
all sales are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at the time of purchase. No exceptions will be made for change of mind, unused access, or buyer’s remorse.
By enrolling in any coaching container, You acknowledge that: Coaching is not therapy, financial advising, or legal counsel. Results are not guaranteed and are largely dependent on Your effort, commitment, and personal circumstances. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
All content provided through the Service is the sole intellectual property of The Love Wealth Institute LLC and associated holding companies. This includes, but is not limited to, all videos, workbooks, branding, and proprietary frameworks. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, or distribute any of our materials without prior written consent.
Our Service may contain links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or privacy policies of any third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the Service, without notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms
Upon termination, your access to the Portal and/or digital content will be revoked.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Love Wealth Institute LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
-Your use of or inability to access the Service
-Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount You paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, You agree to first contact Us at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Virginia, with each party responsible for its own legal fees. Additionally, claims cannot be filed for more than the amount paid for the disputed product or service.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify You via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
